I’m a former Accountant, now transitioned into a finely tuned HR professional and leader. My primary focus is hinged on driving organizational success through Human Resource excellence, and I’ve successfully done this across industries including Finance, Real Estate, Agriculture, Hospitality, Fashion, Manufacturing, and Consulting to date.

The holistic combination of my leadership and industry experiences, spanning 10+ years has been very instrumental to my ability to seamlessly integrate HR with Technology via Data Science and Project Management; using tools such as Advanced Excel, PowerBi, Tableau, SQL, and Python, amongst others for strategic decision-making.

As a Chartered HR and Management Practitioner, I am very passionate about the people side of things, while helping organisations with innovative solutions to problems in so doing. I also delight in empowering talents with requisite skills through countless boot camps, workshops, trainings and seminars.

Beyond my profession and career, I’m the Founder of the VALA Community (a career growth hub) with over 1000 members-across Recruitment and Training channels. I am an author and a speaker, who also loves music dearly and plays the Piano at a near advanced level.
